Lacuna brings together four seasonal food bars in a simple 28-day system, one bar per day, following the changing rhythm of the menstrual cycle.
Inspired by the seasons in nature:
WINTER → SPRING → SUMMER → FALL
Start with Winter on the first day of bleeding, then eat one bar each day, following the seasonal order.
